About MindFort Psychology

MindFort Psychology was founded with the mission of empowering individuals to construct strong (fortified) minds, adept at navigating and overcoming life’s challenges. These challenges often relate to work, family, money, and/or relationships and can often have significant and long-lasting impacts on our emotions and ability to achieve inner peace.

This MindFort approach of creating a strong mind and emotional resilience begins by creating a secure, non-judgmental space, encouraging exploration of concerns and difficulties. Through this process, a personalized evidence-based plan is employed to facilitate healing and growth. There are a range of strategies/therapies that may assist, such as cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), schema therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy, and ADHD coaching principals, to name a few. The ultimate goal is not to change who you are, but to make the strongest version of yourself possible.
